I am truly grateful that you have landed on this page, I hope you stick around and join me on this growth through Yoga
Movement has always been a part of my life, I practised Ballet growing up, Pilates, and Latin American dancing including competing in Dancesport.
But Yoga captured my heart and spirit. Yoga found me in a very low space and time in my life. I had tried many healing modalities but Yoga truly had a transformative impact. And it became by Dharma to share this with others.
My passion is using Yoga as a tool to support healing, and empowerment. And while through class we use Yoga to build strength and flexibility, we use our bodies as a channel and gateway to help with our mental wellbeing.
In this way I have used Yoga for Anxiety, depression, stress and body image. I have used Yoga to help me with emotional regulation and the balancing of my nervous system.
This impact has allowed me to transform my relationship with myself, and others around me in an caring, nurturing and empowering community. So read on for my offerings…

In-person 60 minutes Vinyasa Flow class. Build strength and mobility as we harness the breath in a mindfully moving class.
Yoga by the Bay - 9am Sundays
Edithvale Life Saving Club
A community focused class. This is a slow flow suitable for all levels from absolute beginner yoga to your experienced Yogi. Join us for a cuppa and a chat after class and connect with friends and the community.
Mental Health Aware Yoga
Dear to my heart, Trauma Sensitive and Mental Health Aware Yoga classes. A gentle offering grounded in nurturing. If you are interested in this offering please get in touch for class information.
